Security and safety of personal data

The Friendly Share platform team cares about the security of user data. We strictly adhere to this Privacy Policy so that you do not have to worry about what happens to your personal data provided to the platform during registration.

By registering on the Friendly Share platform, you consent to the processing of personal data provided during registration and use of the platform for the purpose of creating an account, providing and supporting services, processing payments, and communicating with the User.

1. Collection of personal information

1.1 When registering on the Friendly Share platform, we ask you to provide the necessary personal information to the extent necessary for the full provision of services. If necessary, the platform reserves the right to request additional personal information.

1.2 The Friendly Share platform may collect and process the following categories of personal data:

— mandatory registration data: email address;

— technical data: IP address, browser type and language;

— data provided voluntarily by the User: first name, last name, phone number, country.

1.3 In the case of using integrations with third-party services, the platform may receive certain data from such services that is necessary for the provision of services (within the settings and permissions provided by the User). Such data is processed in accordance with this Policy.

1.4 Reviews left by Users on the Friendly Share platform may be publicly displayed on the platform's website. Only the information that the User provides when leaving a review is publicly displayed, including the name, rating (number of stars), and text of the review. Other personal data of the User is not published.

1.5 The Friendly Share platform may process and store data on servers in Ukraine and/or other countries (in particular, when using hosting, cloud services, or technical providers).

1.6 Users' personal data is stored by the Friendly Share platform without any time limit, unless otherwise provided by law or required to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the platform. Users have the right to request the deletion or restriction of the processing of their personal data in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2. Access to information

2.1 Your personal information may be transferred to third parties only under the following circumstances:

2.1.1 You have personally given your permission. Your consent is required for the transfer of any confidential information.

2.1.2 To comply with the requirements of Ukrainian legislation — on the basis of a lawful and duly executed request from authorized state bodies or in other cases expressly provided for by law.

2.1.3 To investigate potential violations of the Terms of Use and protect the rights and legitimate interests of the platform — provided there are valid legal grounds and/or a properly executed request in accordance with the law.

2.1.4 To detect and prevent fraudulent activities, as well as to resolve security issues and eliminate technical malfunctions.

3. Data Protection

3.1 The Friendly Share team takes all necessary measures to protect your data from unauthorized access. These measures include, in particular, internal checks on data collection, storage, and processing procedures, as well as security measures to prevent unauthorized access.

4. Access to and modification of personal information

4.1 The Friendly Share platform does everything necessary to provide you with access to your personal data. You can make changes if the data is incorrect or delete them at your request. Before processing requests, we ask users to confirm their identity and the information they want to receive, correct, or delete.

5.1 This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. Changes to the Privacy Policy will be posted on this page.
