What is a shared subscription and how does it work? +

A shared subscription is a method of using a service's group plan by different users. This is the service our platform is based on. You are not "bypassing the system" but participating in a smart sharing model. You share the subscription-you share the cost.

Today, the platform regularly offers:

  • Design and productivity: Canva Pro;

How do I sign up for a subscription? +

The process is as follows:

  1. You choose the service you need on the Friendly Share website.
  2. Pay for it through a secure payment form.
  3. Receive emails confirming your registration and payment.
  4. Log in to your personal account and go to the "Subscriptions" section.
  5. In the "Access" tab, you will find the authorization details for the required service. The connection itself takes a few minutes, and the subscription starts working.
What do I need to get started? +

Just three things:

  • An email address
  • A bank card for payment
  • The device where you will use the service Registration on the service websites is usually automatic or requires 1-2 steps-just like a standard app installation.
Is it safe? +

Yes. All connections are made using methods provided by the service itself. You are not getting "hacked" access or using someone else's account-the subscription is activated through the platform's built-in functions. Access to all participant data is protected. You manage your subscriptions through your personal Friendly Share account.

What happens if a participant leaves? +

The subscription remains active-you continue to use the service regardless of user changes, as this process is automated and controlled by the platform. Friendly Share monitors the functionality of the groups and reconfigures access if necessary. Spots may be redistributed among participants. You never lose access.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time? +

Yes. At any time, you can:

  1. Go to your personal account on our platform.
  2. Navigate to the "Subscriptions" section.
  3. Click the "Pause" button next to the desired service. After that:
  • Your account on the platform will always remain active.
  • The auto-renewal of the subscription will be turned off.
  • Access to the subscription is maintained until the end of the paid period.
  • You can always resume the subscription later. It's completely under your control. You don't need to write to support or justify your reason for canceling.
Can I resume a subscription if I paused it earlier? +

Yes. You can resume it at any time. This does not require re-registration; your personal account on the platform always remains active.

What should I do if I have trouble accessing content? +

If you have problems with access or cannot fully use the subscription for any reason, please contact support. Friendly Share responds to inquiries via:

  • Telegram All requests are tracked and processed manually.
Why is the price lower than buying directly? +

Because you are not paying for the entire plan, but for a spot within it. Friendly Share handles the organization, administration, and monitoring-the price includes setup, technical support, and guaranteed access.
